Refund policy

Refunds may be accepted only before the order is fulfilled but will incur a 5% transaction fee, after an order is fulfilled it is up to our discretion whether a refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued on any pre-orders. Returns may also be accepted at our discretion on a case by case basis.
